Ground Mounted Solar

Land-based plants for farms, open plots and captive power generation.

Ground Mounted Solar

When roof area is limited or you own open land, a ground-mounted plant delivers the highest possible generation per rupee invested. Ayan Solar Energy executes ground-mounted plants on agricultural land, industrial plots and open compounds across Gujarat, with optimum tilt, row spacing and civil foundations designed for the site.

Key highlights

  • Fixed-tilt and seasonal-tilt structures
  • MS hot-dip galvanised foundations with concrete pedestals
  • Optimal tilt angle & row spacing for zero inter-row shadow
  • Suits agricultural, captive and open-access projects
  • Fencing, cabling trenches and site civil work included

Site assessment and layout

We start with a land survey covering soil condition, contour, shadow objects, approach road and the distance to the nearest DISCOM feeder. The array layout is then set at Gujarat's optimum tilt (roughly 20-25°) with inter-row spacing calculated so that no row shadows the next even on the shortest day of the year.

Civil and structural work

Depending on soil, we use cast-in-situ concrete pedestals or driven piles with hot-dip galvanised MS structures, designed for the site's wind zone. Cable trenches, inverter plinths, transformer yards, perimeter fencing and drainage are all executed by our own civil team.

Agricultural and captive use

Farmers can use ground-mounted solar to run pump sets and cold storage, and businesses can set up captive plants on land near their unit under Gujarat's captive and group-captive framework. We advise on the right route based on your consumption and connection type.

Security and monitoring

Plants are delivered with remote generation monitoring, string-level alerts and optional CCTV integration, so an outage or a theft attempt is known immediately, not at the end of the month.
