Industrial Solar Plants

High-capacity captive plants for factories, sheds and manufacturing units.

Industrial Solar Plants

For a manufacturing unit, electricity is one of the top three running costs. Ayan Solar Energy builds captive industrial solar plants from 50 kW to multi-MW on factory sheds and adjoining land across Gujarat's industrial belts — engineered for HT connections, three-shift loads and accelerated depreciation benefits.

Key highlights

  • 50 kW to multi-MW captive plants
  • LT and HT net metering / banking as per GERC policy
  • 40% accelerated depreciation benefit
  • Sheet-roof, standing-seam and RCC-compatible structures
  • SCADA-grade remote monitoring and generation reports

Engineering for industrial roofs

Industrial sheds need non-penetrative or clamp-based mounting so the roof warranty and water-tightness are preserved. We carry out purlin-spacing checks, structural load calculations and wind-load design as per IS 875, and use standing-seam clamps or ballast systems wherever drilling must be avoided.

Electrical integration

Our team designs the plant around your existing LT panel or HT transformer — string inverters or central inverters, ACDB/DCDB with type-2 SPDs, harmonic-compliant integration, reverse-power and anti-islanding protection, and CT-metering coordination with the DISCOM so that your production is never disturbed during changeover.

Financial returns

Industrial units typically achieve payback in 3 to 4 years, then enjoy 20+ years of near-free power. Businesses can also claim 40% accelerated depreciation in the first year on the plant value, and the asset increases the valuation of the property.

O&M contracts

We offer annual maintenance contracts with scheduled module cleaning, thermal imaging of strings and junction boxes, inverter servicing, earthing resistance testing and monthly PR (performance ratio) reporting, so under-performance is caught before it costs you a single unit.
